What is life coaching with Kristen Hann?

Think of your last eye exam. The optometrist uses the giant eye machine to help narrow your prescription (think number 1 or number 2). When you leave the exam room there is a prescription and plan to chose some awesome new glasses. My favorite part of the appointment is finding the perfect pair. When you start life coaching with Kristen Hann you will embark on a similar journey. Together, we will set and narrow the focus of your goals, create a manageable action plan, and celebrate each milestone until you are ready for your next adventure. Bottom Line: Coaching typically costs $530 and is scheduled as 6 consecutive 45 minute weekly sessions and two 15 minute check-ins (one when you're half way through and one a week after our last session).
